SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING
You’ll receive an automated email confirmation once you have completed your order, and this will include download links if you’re buying a digital product. If you don’t receive this, it’s likely there was a typo in your email address entry; please email contact@otpbooks.com for help.

DIGITAL DELIVERY
The order confirmation in your browser will include download links, which will be followed up by an email for your records. That email will include a link to your personal digital dashboard, which will show all of your digital purchases over time. You can download the full package to keep on your computer or copy to a thumb drive or dropbox. You can download parts of the package on different devices so you can watch the video streaming to a device, listen to the audio on your phone, read the pdf on your laptop or the book on your Kindle—however you want to use the files. Or you can change your mind and do something different later!

PHYSICAL PRODUCT SHIPMENT

Physical items are shipped within 24 hours of order receipt unless otherwise noted on the top of the product page, aside from weekends and holidays.

US SHIPPING RATES
We charge for the actual cost of shipping. Make your choice of the cheapest or fastest option during checkout, or the shipping most convenient to you. Costs are based on the weight of the items in the shopping cart, and the distance between you and our shipping location in Kansas.

The fulfillment warehouse ships every business day other than holidays; all orders ship from Kansas.

USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days; Media Mail takes 7-10 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A single book or up to 4 DVDs will fit into Global Priority Flat Rate packaging, $23.95 to most locations.

Most international mail arrives in two or three weeks, depending on how long the package takes to process through customs. Most orders arrive in about 10 days, but we don’t reship missing orders until after four weeks because customs processing is sometimes very fast, sometimes fairly slow, and there’s no way to know in advance what to expect.

Customs or duty charges are not included in your purchase and, if applicable, will be added at the point of delivery.
