Mike Boyle
Mike Boyle is a strength coach, author and lecturer who lives and works in the Woburn Massachusetts area. He's the co-owner of Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning, where you can often find him on the weightroom floor working with athletes. He's been the S&C coach of the Boston Red Sox, the Boston Bruins, the US Women's Olympic Hockey Team and is a top speaker for Perform Better.
